Welcome to MailboxHero Inc.! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MailboxHero platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

MailboxHero is a cloud-based compliance platform providing automated Commercial Mail Receiving Agency ("CMRA") onboarding, AI verification, and blockchain audit tools as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your business.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

4. SUBSCRIPTION, FEES & BILLING

(a) Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described on our website.

(b) Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided.

(c) MailboxHero may adjust pricing, with 30-day notice.

5. USER CONDUCT & ACCEPTABLE USE

(a) You agree not to misuse the Service or violate any laws.

(b) You may not submit false or fraudulent data, attempt to access systems without authorization, or interfere with system security.

6. DATA & PRIVACY

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes our data practices and protections.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MailboxHero owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, content, documentation, and trademarks, except for customer data.

8. LICENSE GRANT

MailboxHero grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service only as intended. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.

9. TERM, TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

(a) These Terms remain active as long as you use the Service.

(b) Either party may terminate for cause or convenience with notice; unpaid fees will be due upon termination.

(c) MailboxHero may suspend or terminate access for breach or prohibited use.

10. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

(a) THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

(b) MAILBOXHERO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

(c) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAILBOXHERO'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MailboxHero from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use or misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. MODIFICATIONS

MailboxHero may update these Terms; we will notify you of changes, and continued use indicates acceptance.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Delaware.
